clear skin is a thing every one want, but it is not as easy as every one think. To achieve your goal you always need patient and persistence. A routine is also important, as your lifestyle will have affects on you, and your food you eat will also have affects on you. I had acnes when I was teenager, and it took me long time to get rid of them because of wrong habits which I was doing. Here I want to share some tips to get rid of acnes, not to mention that using the right skin care routine is also required.
Wash your face
Washing your face is the most important thing, without doing it you will never see any changes.
Using a face washer which suit your face type will give you better results.
If you have oily skin, better use face washer which is free-oil.
Wash your face at least 2 times a day, One time in the morning and one time before you sleep.
Note that: washing your face more than 3 times a day will not help you, but will take natural oils which your skin need.
Remove your make-up
Many people do not realize how much bad is to sleep with make-up. It is very bad for your skin,and it can cause skin diseases. Not to mention that you can wake up with an acne or 2 the next morning. So make sure you clean all the make up very well, and wash your face before you sleep.
Wash your make-up brushes
Of course it is very hard to wash your make-up brushes every day, But at least washing them every week will do the work. Bits of oil, make-up and bacteria get trapped in your brush. Not cleaning your brushes can lead to clogged pores and pesky breakouts. So make sure you clean them regularly.
Don't touch your face
Never touch your acnes, as touching one acne will get 2 or 3 instead of one, and the trace of acne will be hard to remove.
Some times, you can get acne because of stress or anxiety. So try to have a time for relaxing in your day. You can walk in nature, do something you like or even taking a shower will be enough.
Get enough sleep
Your body need energy to work, not getting enough hours for sleep will get you many problems.
avoid oily food
Oily food can increase the oils in your face, which means more chance to get acnes. You can eat oily food but not more than one time a week.
